LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR BOCW (BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS) LICENSE IN MADHYA PRADESH:-

- Identity Proof

    - PAN Card: For the employer or authorized signatory

    - Aadhaar Card: For the employer or authorized signatory

- Address Proof

    - Utility Bills: Electricity or water bills for the establishment or project site

    - Rent Agreement: With NOC (if rented) or property tax receipt (if owned)

- Registration/Incorporation Documents

    - Certificate of Incorporation: For companies

    - Partnership Deed: For partnership firms

    - MSME/GST Registration: Optional but helpful

- Project Details

    - Work Order/Contract: Proof of commencement of work

    - Estimated Cost of Construction: Certificate from a Chartered Engineer or Architect

- Worker Details

    - List of Workers: With names, Aadhaar numbers, and contact information

- Other Documents

    - Affidavit of Compliance: Declaring adherence to labour laws and safety norms

    - Labour License: If applicable, under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
