DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EPR REGISTRATION - IMPORT OF PLASTIC PRODUCTS:-

_Extended Producer Responsibility, Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016_

For *PIBOs/Importers* importing plastic packaging/plastic products, CPCB requires these docs on the EPR portal:

### *1. Company & Legal Documents*

1. *PAN Card* - Company + Authorized Signatory

2. *GST Certificate*

3. *CIN - Certificate of Incorporation*

4. *Import Export Code IEC* - Mandatory for importers

5. *Aadhaar/PAN of Authorized Person*

6. *Address Proof* - Registered office + warehouse/godown if any

7. *Board Resolution/Authorization Letter* - For authorized signatory

### *2. Product & Business Documents*

8. *Product Details* - Brochures, spec sheets, SKU codes, HS codes of imported plastic items

9. *Bill of Entry + Invoice* - Last 1 year import data to calculate plastic waste target

10. *Packaging Details* - Category I/II/III/IV as per PWM Rules: Rigid, Flexible, Multi-layered, Compostable

11. *Estimated Annual Quantity* - MT/year of plastic imported/sold in India

### *3. EPR Compliance Documents*

12. *EPR Action Plan* - How you will collect & recycle plastic waste through recyclers/PRO

13. *MOU/Agreement with Recycler/PRO* - Proof of tie-up for waste collection

14. *Recyclers Registration Certificate* - Of your waste processing partner

### *4. Other Documents*

15. *Scanned Signature* - Authorized person

16. *Covering Letter* on company letterhead

17. *Valid Digital Signature Certificate DSC* - Class 3 for CPCB portal signing

18. *Cancelled Cheque* - For fee payment/refund

*File Format*: PDF/JPG/PNG, each file <5MB

*Note*: After registration, you’ll need to file annual returns + keep recycler invoices, weighment slips, sales data ready
