9) Shop / Office Photo with Banner Captured with Geo Tagging App(QR Code will be provided on demand for downloading & Installing the App) / Name Board of Business Name
8) Samagra ID (KYC should be completed with Samagra. The name of the applicant in the License will be only according to Samagra.
9) Samagra Linked Mobile Number (OTP will be required for verification)
