DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHEMICAL PESTICIDE LICENSE:-

1) Certificate regarding training of point number 5.

2) Self-attested copy of the Certificate of Original (as per page 399(E) of the Gazette of India, GSR 399(E)) issued by the electronic laboratory/manufacturing company. ,

3) Self-attested map of the point of sale. ,

4) The applicant or proposed employee must have acquired Agricultural Science or Biochemistry or Biochemistry or Biology or related Chemistry or Botany from any school or institution under sub-rule (1A) of Rule 10 of the Kotonashi Rules, 1971 Needed Or graduate degree. A level course including courses on plant protection and pesticide administration in scientific sciences or agriculture or horticulture or allied subjects from any Government recognized University or Institution without valid license from the prescribed qualification. All retail workers or traders are licensed for a period of three years from 1-February-2017. But these and Kitanshi's Ashrams are those licensees who are above forty-five years of age and who are either running their own business or have cumulative experience of more than ten years and annual turnover less than five lakhs. There will be exemption from the above rules for the duration of the current license. ,

5) If situated in residential area then declaration form in that case.

6) If food items are also collected in place of plastic shops/items, then in that case a declaration form is given.

7) If the business premises is on tenancy, copy of the tenancy contract.

8) If the storage space is on tenancy, copy of the tenancy contract.

9) Copy of bill for electricity connection at the concerned site.

10) Self-certified map of the place by the local governing body.

11) Self-attested copy of any other relevant document.

12) Depositing prescribed fees.
