a) PAN

b) GSTIN

c) Provident Fund Registration

d) ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation) Registration

e) Registration under Shops and Commercial Establishments Act

f) Registration under the Labour Act

2) Proof of identity of the directors and the employees

3) Copies of the Income Tax Returns of the Directors

4) Two passport size photographs of the promoters along with their PANs

5) Proof of the address of the Agency Office

6) Affidavit as under Section 7 (2) of PSARA, 2005

7) Security training affidavit
